RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Kundapure, we take utmost care in packing every order. Since our products are food-grade consumables, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged during transit
• Product leaked during shipping
• Manufacturing defect

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened bottles
• Used products
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Natural solidification of coconut oil during colder temperatures (this is a normal characteristic of pure coconut oil)

Return Process

Please email or WhatsApp us with:

• Order Number
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or approve a refund.

Refund Process

If approved:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Banks and payment providers may take additional time to credit the amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
